Part-time Sushi Chef / Kitchen Assistant – Sushi Lovers Ordrup | SUSHILOVERS ApS

Sushi Lovers is looking for part-time sushi chefs and kitchen assistants for our restaurant on Ordrupvej. We are a Copenhagen-based restaurant group with locations in Torvehallerne, Charlottenlund, Hellerup and Frederiksberg. In Ordrup we serve fresh, high-quality sushi in a busy kitchen where quality and teamwork matter equally.

• Prepare sushi and handle mise en place
• Keep the kitchen running smoothly during service

• Experience from a sushi kitchen or another professional kitchen – or is a fast learner with a genuine interest in sushi
• Works cleanly, precisely and with a focus on food safety and hygiene
• Keeps a cool head when things get busy and takes responsibility for their own station
• Is reliable, shows up on time and is a good colleague
• Speaks English or Danish
