You will be part of product development & innovation leading a skilled engineering team in Denmark and China to develop reliable and future-proof automation solutions for both products and customized needs. Working closely with Product Management, Projects, Production, and Service, you will ensure strong alignment between technical solutions and business requirements. You will be responsible for setting direction, creating structure across projects, and ensuring high quality delivery of automation solutions across DESMI's global operations.
