An A-TAP position is available in the group of Associate Professors Lars Grøntved at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, University of Southern Denmark, Odense. The research group investigate gene regulatory mechanisms involved in cell state transitions. We use the mouse liver as model system combined with various genomics-based technologies such as single cell RNA-seq, single cell ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq to understand dynamic regulation of chromatin organization and gene expression.
