The Department of Chemistry and iNANO, Aarhus University, seeks candidates for a 20-month full time post-doctoral position. The position involves two main tasks: 1) Operation and development of the powder Xray diffraction instruments at the materials science beamline, DanMAX – www.maxiv.lu.se/danmax, at the MAX IV 3 GeV synchrotron storage ring in Lund, Sweden. 2) Research on crystallographic texture of piezoelectrics using X-ray scattering using the beamline and similar complementary facilities under the supervision of the beamline manager.The DanMAX beamline is a collaboration between Aarhus University, the Technical University of Denmark, University of Copenhagen and Lund University.
