We are a restaurant locating in Silkeborg shopping street, mainly serving Japanese Ramen and rice dishes. We are looking for a responsible, hands-on head of Kitchen assistant who can take the restaurant’s daily operations and lead our small team. This role combines culinary skills with leadership and organizational responsibilities.
Ansvarsområder 6 Opgaver ({n})
- Oversee and participate in daily kitchen and restaurant operations
- Prepare ingredients before opening
- Lead food preparation and maintain quality during service
- Coordinate kitchen assistants and front-of-house staff on shift rotations
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards
- Report regularly on operational performance and improvements

- Strong sense of responsibility and leadership
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently
- Experience or interest in managing a small restaurant team
