German Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) Part-time at HR-ON

We recently expanded into Germany and we are now hiring a part-time Sales Development Representative. Your job is to find German companies that would be a good match for HR-ON’s software solutions for recruitment and core HR, start the conversation, and book the meeting for sales. We don’t know everything yet, and you will be part of shaping the future strategy of our German market expansion.

• Calling and emailing companies across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in German
• Booking meetings for our sales team to close
• Following up on leads from campaigns, webinars and events
• Trying different messages and target groups, and keeping track of what actually works
• Keeping the CRM in a state where a colleague can pick up your conversation

• I can hold a conversation with someone who wasn't expecting to hear from me, and I don't take a no personally
• I keep asking questions until I understand, and I can explain something complicated back in the other person's words rather than my own
