Community Lead Job at BESTSELLER A/S | ONLY BRAND HOUSE

ONLY BRAND HOUSE is looking for a Community Lead to shape, grow and strengthen the communities around our brand. From intimate community gatherings and creative partnerships to larger-scale events and brand activations, this role will create experiences that bring ONLY BRAND HOUSE into the real world and give people meaningful reasons to engage with and participate in the brand.

• Develop and execute ONLY's community strategy across key markets
• Build long-term relationships with creatives, tastemakers, cultural connectors and brand advocates
• Identify emerging communities, people and cultural movements relevant to ONLY
• Develop and execute events, gatherings, launches, pop-ups and cultural activations from concept to delivery
• Build ONLY's community presence within French-speaking markets
• Develop creative partnerships with relevant talent, venues, organisations and complementary brands
• Collaborate with Social and Communications on talent, seeding and organic brand relationships
• Track community growth, engagement and impact while bringing relevant cultural insights back into the wider Brand team
